We worked on the structure for the content. We consolidated multiple major Green Belt Bodies of Knowledge (LSSA, ASQ, IASSC and CSSC) into one working source. In total, we collected 573 rows of topic descriptions used across several Green Belt certifications.
Instead of copying any single BoK, we are defining our own master outline — a structure that starts with the basics and builds toward strategic improvement. We are currently working toward a 12‑chapter structure.
There is still a lot of sorting to do. Some material dives deep into exotic statistics, seemingly more to impress than to help. We want to start with the core essentials — the things you can actually use in your very first improvement efforts.
Anything that feels exam‑specific, unclear, or not directly helpful for real problem solving is parked in Chapter 12: the junk drawer. Not because it’s useless — but because it’s rare, situational, or secondary.
